On replacing the water pump I'm not sure whether to tackle the timing belt it looks ok,

anyone replaced it, and is it fairly straight forward if I follow the manual, do I need a push/pull gauge?????????

Its says it is not the hardest thing in the world, just time consuming. Do you know when it was last done. If it has only done a few thouand I would leave it. If you dont know how long it has been on, better safe than sorry. If you have access to it I would feel its best that you replace it.

If you replace it now, it'll save all the time going in there again next time. The belt doesn't cost too much itself. Dunno the uk price, but it's $30 from Courtesy.
