as my heater matrix was fitted less than eight months ago it cant be that.....any ideas as to why im getting water in the passenger side thats very coolant looking in colour......tips anybody

If it aint the heater matrix or the hoses that connect to it, there is supposed to be an aircon pipe that runs behind the dash and out through the bottom of the car. if that gets blocked(leaf,mud,dirt) the water will exit from behind the dash. Craig had this problem, cleared the pipe and all was well.

I went through exactly the same thing. Can't be the heater matrix i've just had it repaired. Wrong.

 

Second time; Can't be the heater matrix I've just had it repaired again. Wrong.

 

Here's hoping this one (my third replacement)lasts more than a year.

ure not wrong m8 it is the matrix its not 8 months old yet. the good thing is middlehursts have said its still under warrenty so all is not too bad as it cost me big bucks. i just have to wait to take it in next wednesday....until then its the dreaded pissy bus or even worse the train

Phuket! Hope mine lasts longer than pissing eight months then! Mine was done in January but with it being off the road since then it hasn't seen alot of action.

 

Does anything last on a Z???
