Neons, under seat lighting etc...

 

What do people think of thase?

 

I quite like them from a tecnological point of view! but would never consider fitting them to my zed:D

EDIT: Fook I just typed out a really long reply and it screwed up :mad: . Inside good, outside - mostly bad, unless done really well with a nice bodykit.

I don't like neons driving along the road, its a pet peeve really,

 

But I also think they can look good if concealed properly and on a stand or photo shoot.....

 

lights inside the cockpit look ridiculous, go to a nightclub!!

I remember when the neon washers where just coming out, I saw one or two and thought it was something different. But everything is a phase with cars. It changes faster than cloths fashion. Take for instance stripes. How many cars did you see a year/year and half ago with stripes up the middle of the car. Loads! How many do you see now? ZERO! Unless it was a part of the original paint work.

Now with the neon washers, how many do you see with 1 washer not working. Once they are broke they dont bother changing it because neon washers have gone out. Its the neon lights on the number plate now and the cheap ones under your car. For god's sake I have seen scooters with the under ones on.

In 6 months time it will be something else like like that EL string around the windows or something/.

One night at work a guy turns up selling neon valve caps that come on when wheel turns,so a load of the nova /scooby fraternity had a load,whent out in car park and put em on,then all proceeded to go round the car park in a large circular movement,i was absolutely PMSL:D ,there were green ones,red,blue,purple,etc,it was sad,very sad:rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

Those will not last very long because they are infact illegal.

 

Neons which stay on are fine, but you are not allowed to have lights which flash on your car besides your indicators.

Saw a thing in a bike mag once where a guy had fitted neon valve caps that were quite heavy. The force pulled the valve out at 150 :eek:
