Like all things simalar to this, there are always news of big changes or break throughs. To me it just sounds like they have a plan or design and it has yet to be implimented.

 

It will be 5 years before we see this engine starting to become useful and then probably another 5 years for it to become relyable.

 

Interesting idea. I would have liked more information on the idea, and not just what they THINK it will be like.
