Cant seem to get rid of this temp problem! thought i did obviously not!!

 

i replaced the temp sensor 5months ago (brand new from nissan)....traced the wires to the ecu from the sensor and there is deff no break in the circuit. Ive also tried a new ecu but no joy..STILL code 13....AAAARRRH

 

Also not sure but will check tmrw but i think the rad fan is always ON...

and dont think the Aux fan works..and no aircon.

 

can anyone possibly help, duffman where rrrrrrrrrr you?

do yo have a high resistance through the wiring? mine did have due to corrosion where the terminals are crimped at the sensor.

 

if the wiring is ok, good continuity, no shorts any where, & the sensor is fine also. then its possible the fault lies in the ECU itself.

tested one like this with the conzult the other day, the outcome was that there was an intermittent fault due to the state of the connector
