Personally I think it looks a lot better than the bulging one that most people have. Any idea who makes it?

The wide arch isnt. The rear bumper is not that nice. it looks like one of the monsters from PacMan

Hiya stuart

I reckon my man Kay could sort you out with a kit like that.

If you wanna check out the quality of his work wait till my car comes out and then decide for yourself.

Its basically a honda civic wide arch kit moulded on to a 300zx.

Pretty basic.

Have you got any pictures of the front of the car.

I dont really like the kit looks a bit botched and the rear looks horrible.

Cheers

Looks like the Paul Bailey design.

So SE is your best best, since they now own most of the Paul Bailey stuff (apparently).

The side skirts and rear bumper are also SE, not sure what the front bumper is though.

The front is a SE Monza-1. For the Monza-2 (wot I got) they flattened out the underside so it didn't scrape so easy. That car's owned by a father/son team - the father being one of the directors of SE. It's a top bit of kit - same suspension as mine, same brakes (I think), but it's stripped and caged. Looked brutal when they were doing it, but it turned out OK. It's fast as fock.

You can bet the whole kit was made up by SE. It's got their stainless exhausts (but with small back-boxes) but they've been failing noise regs so had to put an extra baffle in the tail-pipes.

Where'd you get the pics Stuart?

D'oh! OK. It's early (for me). I had to get up to get to SE to do some videoing! ;)

He was in there yesterday, btw... getting his car sorted for some track time on Saturday. Never know, he said he might even get to the rolling road on Sunday.

Was talking to Timmy Turbo last night and he saw this car yesterday around the Ipswich or Colchester area on his way to work. Said when he first saw it he thought it was Andy E's but when he got a better look it was somewhat different.

Im not that fussed on the rest of the car I just like the rear arches.

The picture was from a track day site in the gallary of a day at Elvington.

Well, tough... we've told you all about it now anyway. :D I think the short answer is: it's an SE fab'd kit. It's a full-on SE car. Give them a ring for a price on the arches.

That rear bumper - I didn't think it looked all that good to start with, but it's grown on me over the years (yeah, not literally). They do one that's a bit Baily look-a-like (one long slit across the back) and what Ca$h has on his is a hybrid of both. Strange idea, but hey.

I think the guy does live around Colchester somewhere. It's really annoying - I can't for the life of me remember his name.

I don't think the pics really do it justice. I think it looks good in the flesh... not all bling-bling, but mean and to the point.

Actually I just realised that I took a picture of this car three weeks ago at SE.

I was speaking to the guy who owned it and he was talking about setting up the rear suspension at the time.

I don’t think he has the same brakes as you Si, if I remember rightly he has the same brakes as the ones I recently sold to Tony Lack. Which are the standard caliper with bigger discs and a additional mount for the caliper.

The guy's name is Ian if I remember rightly. Mid 50's - early 60's with glasses.

You're probably right. There's a few cars that have now tho (inc the flip Skyline). Maybe he wanted to save weight, after all they are the size of drain covers and probably weigh as much.

You're really good with names, aren't you Stu - what did you tell me Claires name was? :D I don't think his name is Ian. It's the same guy tho - looks all calm and placid til he jumps in a car then (apparenly) he turns into a raging beast! :D
