Headlamps

Hiya All

 

Headlight on the passenger side went yesterday, I got a new bulb, when I took it apart the bulb was fine but the metal spring pin that earths? it seems to be broken, can I replace this? if so what is it called or do I need to replace the whole unit?

 

Hope one of you tech heads can help

    Is this the metal spring that holds the bulb in ? If so you might be able to bodge it in some way, or rip one off from a spare headlight - not necessarily a Z one, as they look fairly standard.

    Yeah thats the bit, couldn't get it out too bodge it up, lloked like it could though
