I have been asked to sort out at my work a breeze block type shed. Roughly about 10ft x 20ft.

Any takers?

Just thought it would be nice to keep this 'in house'.

Oh, and I have only seen your shed from a distance.:p

Ok mate,

Well it just so happens that I have a sh|t load of concrete blocks, as I was going to build another pond at the back, but I have decided to move house now so we can use these. Obviously I will have to charge for them but no where near the price of new ones.

LOL.........it was actually :D

I'm a Chartered Architect and Director of a Practice with links with a construction firm up here in Manchester, so I might be able to help. We normally do luxery houses from about £2M upwards, but my company could do a full design and build service for you. Of course normally we would expect to charge a 10% design fee for the architectural drawings, planning permission and building regulations submissions. Then we can also build it for you at our usual rates. We usually suggest that clients allow between £120 to £200 a square foot for the houses we do. Then don't forget to add another 25% for fitting out the interior with marble floors, feature lighting, some decent furniture etc.

Then we'd have to charge a slight premium for dragging ourselves down to your end of the Country.

Say about £60 - 70,000 ?

We could start next week.
