Do they cover imports and are they a broker or a 'direct' company ?

Ok im laughing already at andy p's responce to my post.

 

I went to there website and it says they will get back to you in 24 hours if it is a jap import, well needless to say they came back to me about two weeks later, by which time i already had insurence. lol

im not moaning, that happened so i have no experience with them, except that they are about as reliable in the customer service department as ......hmmmm lol

Yes, I frequently 'test' email addresses on web sites and when they don't get to me within a reasonable period of time I usually send them a quick 'you really haven't got it with Internet business' type messsage, which is probably also a waste of time as they don't read/act on that either.
