Was comming down the motorway towards the M25 on thursday when i spotted a nice looking red Ferrari 360. Really nice i thought except it looked as if someone had put dodgy racing stripes down the middle. Went to have a closer look and he started to accelerate, nice i thought, bit of a race on:D ! I knew i was going to get wasted but i was in 5th doing about 130ish and as i got close he just put his hand up and accelerated as if he was in first gear! Are all 360's this fast or is this some new upgraded one i dont know about?

ps it had an italian number plate.

Anyway, won't do that again!

If it had racing stripes down the middle it was probably a challenge stradale model. Little more power, lot more hardcore, better suspension and the best exhaust note ever.

Tried it on with a standard one once and he must have carried 20-30mph more through some of the bends than me. I was all over the place and it just cornered dead flat, was embarrasing really!

Does look a bit naff though!

I'd like to have a go with one of those. We've got a customer who's got the "normal" version - a measly 400-odd bhp. OK, so it's light as a feather that's been on a diet, but with 100+ bhp more, I reckon I could give it a run for it's money. And what a lot of money... my car cost ~a fifth as much.

 

Engine note? OK, when they're on song they sound nice, but low down they sound like a fart in a bean can! :)

 

Do I sound jealous or somink? Just wish I had the sort of money to be able to buy one of these.
