Hi,

 

After being a competitve Weight Lifter for 15 years, I decided to retire a couple of years ago!

 

I now want to get back into the gym, but I am intrigued by what the optimum amount of training without using the old halfabolock stairrods!

 

Some people say as little as Five sets per bodypart and some more!
