Again, you're right... but no, much more straightforward... just looks totally wrong to me - kind of *smack you in the face* wrong. Unless it's just me, of course. Can't be tho.

The road clearance at the rear looks high but I put that down to the angle the pic was taken from. Otherwise I do not see it. Do not tell me - let others try first!

Yep, a US car, so I dunno if they had front repeaters... but no... MUCH more... um... obvious. This is starting to worry me now. Maybe there's nothing wrong with this picture?!

Well, for the sake of not having to answer everyone... everyone was right! :D I found that pic last night and thought: euch!.. something's seriously wrong! So, you guys established it's a US SWB (so the filler's in the right place)... and the wheels are chromed... which is just plain wrong, but on the right way round I think. I hadn't noticed the back brakes - good one.

 

It's the f'kin *tyres*! I know americans love NASCAR an'all, but FFS these things look HEEEEYOOOOGE! The fronts look too big, but the backs look like they're even bigger rolling radius... which must make them /way/ too big. It's maybe what's adding to the jacked-up look at the back (or maybe it's the pic angle)... or... maybe the guy /had/ to jack the back up to get those soddin' great blimps on it?!

 

Or maybe it just looks wrong to me cos I've got used to 18's?

I suppose due to my time in the states that to me that looks fine... my own car runs 275/40s at the rear and 255/40s at the front... gives me an advantage at the lights... give the car a fierce look...
