Just finished watching Matrix Reloaded and X-Men 2 on dvd,and to be honest Reloaded was good,but X-Men was a kick ass movie,better than i thought it would be,just my opinion,going to bed,knackerd;)

Went to see Matrix last weekend and was most impressed, what a cliffhanger! Can't wait until November now.

 

We booked the dulux seats aswell...reclining and with a bar...pukka. Ice cold cans of Boddingtons on demand.

 

Might go and see X-Men this weekend but I wasn't a big fan of the first one to be honest. Each to their own. ;)

I would say that X-Men 2 was better then the first.

 

Pitty they use a RX-8. They could have used a Z33 :D but they needed back seats.

Both are good movies with great effects but Sir Ian McKenna's acting performance and Ray Park's aka Nightcrawler (& Darth Maul elsewhere ! :D ) fighting/stunt skills make X-Men 2 the better movie IMHO

 

Matrix has really long fight scenes but quality counts more than quantity - I reckon they should have found a real martial artist to play Neo.

 

And how long did that dance/love scene go on for ?? :confused:

Matrix 1 beats just bout everything else out there...hands-down.

 

Matrix 2, living off the first movie

 

X-men 1 and 2 are both good films in their own right. Not as good as Matrix 1 but defo better than 2.

I am not the only one who was disapointed with the fight scenes. The whole CGI was terrible. Any one can make a fight scene with computer graphic but they always look tacky.

 

I also thought that the fight scences lasted too long.

 

XMEN fight scenese where great because they where actually doing it with aid of effects.

Errm not really, i understood the story line blah blah hes still in the matrix at the end blah blah and it was alright, but the fight scenes were crap - sorry but what the **** is the point of putting your arm up to block a move if you know he is going to punch at that precise point (looks stupid) then of course if he knew that you knew that he knew that you knew that he was going to punch in tha posistion in the first place Why the **** punch in that place :D:D

 

THE CGI was pretty crap - i did leave dissapointed evn if some parts were very cool, it was let down by other bits which looked plain GAY

He as fantastic in that. That was when he was still a teacher too. He then went on to be a wrestler and then an actor and he was a good actor too.
