hi everyone, new to the site and Z ownership! have just bought a g reg import TT and there are no rear seatbelts. just wondering if any one else has had the same problem and if they know what can be done.

other than that the car seems to be in good nick, scares the s**t out of me in the wet though!!!

You should have lap belts in the back. Are they stuck under the rear seats?

i had a quick look but couldn't get the seat up properly, i'll have another look though. do you know if later models have proper belts and if so if i can fit those.

thanks for your help mate!

UK cars have 3 point belts in the back, but I think that all the imports have lap belts. I believe it's possible to put UK belts in an import though.

i'll have another look for the lap belts, it does seem a bit wierd not to have any. i'll look into fitting the UK belts though, thanks for the help!

Series II Jap cars also have 3 point inertia reel belts in the back.
