Car is having the intake manifold removed to replace all the water hoses:( beware all you Z owners that have 10 year old cars as you will need these too! soon;)

 

Now Nissan UK tell me that they will be available in mid June:mad: :mad: :mad: Nice ehhhh!

Nissan UK, order 90% of the parts for the 300zx from Japan, whch really sucks, becase they send it over by snail mail.

 

So does that mean you car is stranded at the moment or are you just changing the hoses as a caution ?

Do you need genuine Nissan parts, or would standard hose, or even bits of Samco do the trick. (Think Macca, pretty red Samco hoses, more mods for the magpie etc lol)

From what Jay was telling melast night. He's is goingto be pretty sheet hot too once latz has finished with it.

Having my 555's fitted this week and the garage tell me the connectors are f**ked - in a bit of a rush cos I want the car for the pod on Sunday.

Anyway, long story short, the connectors Nissann UK sent dont fit! upon being confronted with this Nissan say " oh yes, thats quite right they wont fit YOU'LL HAVE TO BUY A WHOLE LOOM!!":mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

Any way, DP are trying to ummm "adapt" the connectors, so hopefully I'll have a car to race on Sunday .....
