i have just bought my Z32.

 

black UK '94 manual with a wings west body kit and high lift rear wing.

 

Many thanks to Kirbz who sold it to me.

 

it will be going in to see Jeff next week for some TLC and a little tweaking ::D after which we will be around s.bucks and the home counties.

Yeah, nice car. That is the one we thought Ajay was bidding for.

 

According to Kirbz the car was running in saftey boost and he didnt know. The safty boot problem was fixed thanks to Jeff, and the car is now running at 14psi.

 

Belive me he is gutted to see the car go. Its a very nice Z too.

 

Is it a 1994? It thought it was a 1991.

i know - i took it jeff today for him to have a look at - and yes it was running in safety boost. faulty knock sensor. Jeff has by-passed it for now but it will be replaced next week when the ecu is re-mapped.

 

your right it is a great car - needs a jeff special TLC service but apart from that she's fine.

 

i doubt she's running 14psi - what is the norm with a standard chip, the boost guage would suggest 10 psi ish.

 

the car was 1st reg in 94, however seatbelt stamps are '93

Well it will probably be running 14 later on. :D

 

Makes no difference when the seat belt is stamped. It gives a general idea, but it just means the seat belt was made in 1993.

 

My car is a 1991 spec but I have 1990 on the seatbelts and have 300ZX on the mats not Z which 1991 ZXs have. Its just that I probably got the last of the 300ZX mats and a seat belt made in 1990.

Mines 1991 but one belt (drivers) says 1999!!! but thats cos it had the seatbelt replaced cos i didnt reel in!!

i was going to see loads of zx's but i saw mike's and didnt bother with any others - i just thought, thats the one and bought it!

 

nothing like a little impulse. - now to spend a bit of money on her.

 

 

the pictures look great - wish i'd seen the website before now - of course keep the pitures. You can change it to Alex's Car now.

 

For all that asked I live in a place called chesham which is about 5 miles outside the M25 off Jct 20 .
