Hi all

Now don't get me wrong - wild horses couldn't part me from my Z and there are very few other cars I admire but a chance to drive a new ferrari 360 with the F1 paddle shift doesn't come along too often so I leapt at it yesterday afternoon. The sun was shining and the Oakleys were at hand.

What a car !!! And quick like few others I've ever driven.

It was all going great until I pulled up outside my house grinning like an imbecile behind the wheel after giving it a good thrashing around where I live - and KERBED THE ALLOY !!!!!!

To his immense credit the guy was cool about it and just kind of shrugged that these things happen - but I wanted to die !!

Anyone on here got a spare 18" magnesium alloy lying around ?

It has made me think a little before I cough up for some 18's for the Z.

Mark

(Tw*t) :(

I'd like to brag and boast that I had it sideways the whole time and really smoked it.............but I didn't.

I don't know what he paid for it but it must have been £100K so I was very very scared

Some years ago I drove a Testarossa for a few weeks and that was like a London bus compared to the 360 - WOW !!

I have driven a 355 with paddles at Loughborough, an airdrome track. Agree absolutely amazing.

Also did a 512 no comparison, a lumbering heap round the twisty bits.

Did this on one of thise Ferrari days, great worth every penny! :)
