hi

i have the above named boost contoller. i understand that it is a bit ancient but it is all i can afford. anyway, i have never fiddled with it since i bought the car (it came with the car). i have no idea on how it shoukd be setup. i have had a look at the website for the unit but i am not educated enough to understand a word it is saying. can anyone help me set it up so i can get above average boost. i don`t mind travelling and paying A LITTLE for the time or any help over the forum would be appreciated.

thanks for the reply. the link takes me to the website i already have tried. the problem is i dont understand the setup procedures!!!!! the whole concept of acuator type, learning modes etc etc is new to me. i really need someone who can do it for me and in the process explain it.

Hi I have a ProfecB with a remote controller..

Try this:

1. Press the Power button.

2. Press Select to select the boost you wanna tune..

3. Set your low/high boost level to your preference..

4. Play with it while driving by turning those level knobs n see your boost difference at different revs n settings..

 

There shouldn't be much difference between the profec n profecB... Hope this might help..
