Was driving home last night on a dark country B road with heavy snow falling and I had to drive really slowly becasue I could hardly see the road ahead. I nearly came to a standstill at times - even full beam seemed to just light up the snow FFS !!

Just thought I'd share that.

I actually find the high beam quite good.

My dips where terrible then I found that the lights where not alligned correcty, dispite passing 2 MOTs. After adjusting the headlights there where much better but still not brilliant.

Yes, normally they are - it was just the snow was so heavy.

Yep,

I found exactly the same thing when driving in the snow, the lights were sh*te.

But when I got to my destination I noticed the lights were covered in a thick layer of ice(so I don't suppose that helped!)

Cheers,

F.T.
