That’s a full panel don’t really want to change my original panel just the bottom section thought with so many going in that section cos of the t tops drains thought might be readily available but can’t seem to find any

If the outer sill is showing rust then it will almost certainly be the case that the inner sill structure will be corroded too. You can see

what is involved in repairing the structure in this thread (scroll down to relevant posts):

Give Luke @Z centre  a call because I think he used to sell them.

The guy who makes them for Luke can only make them when not in lockdown. So it'll be a few months at least before any are in stock.

It's not a difficult piece for a good fabricator to replicate.

If you strip out the rear seats, remove the trim, remove the seat belt roll mechanism from the shell (assuming yours isn't in the door) there's a big hole you can get a boroscope down into the different inner sill sections.

I strongly recommend wearing gloves when doing this. The back of my hand got shredded by the sharp punch cut sheet steel edges of the hole.

Luke won't take pre orders for the sills. Just need to be patient for them coming back on the website.

Thanks pal I ve messaged Luke so hopefully he will have some soon and then I can get that sorted

have made a small video and it just seems to be in that section but won’t know until I start cutting it

just Trying to get the engine out what a mission I have an auto was wondering is it the same as taking a Manual gearbox off or is there anything extra guessing more electric wires and stuff for the box

a good welder/fabricater can make them from scratch, I know jimmer uses the metal monkey in bristol and his work is a1, you would never know the car has been repaired.
