CZP: "For Twin Turbos and upgraded Zs, we only recommend the Colder (PFR6B-11B) Plugs. This will reduce detonation. For the Non-Turbo Z-ers, we recommend standard spark plugs (PFR6G-11)"

I'm pretty sure the C was for UK cars, PFR6B-11 are for Jap TT and non turbo

For UK the PFR6B-11C is just fine, our US cousins run different petrol and emissions regs than elsewhere.

So the C can be used in Jap TTs also? Is there much difference in the heat rating of them? I.e. will the C be more prone to det?

Do not be worried about the heat range, you live in the UK it is always cold and using the best super unleaded with correctly set ignition timing and not running stupid boost you will be fine, the original non c plug was suitable for the Japanese fuel and ecu maps.
