Question

Why have I never heard any talk of football, sport etc on the Zed General chat forum?

Who does everyone support? You may be able to guess my team by my username, doubt it tho! ;)

Thats coz it was originally a question about what football teams people support. Seems we are mostly in agreement here that football is a crap game played by dim-witted overpaid nancy boys! So the thread wandered off in a ore interesting direction! :D
Here Here :p :D

well actually after meeting you Mike I have got to say you do seem like the sort that would be in to Knitting and cross stitch  :xxx:

paul c, your from kent right? is there anywhere or anyone you still train at ninjutsu with near you? i have a mate at work who has been doing ninjutsu for a while and has to travel all the way to royal holloway uni as thats the nearest proper bujinkan dojo.

adam R, where abouts are you from? brin morgan doesn't happen to work for police welfare now does he? if so i know him thru someone. from what ive seen and heard of ninjutsu so far it does seem to be the most useful in real world situations...not that im putting down anyothers as im a complete novice. :slap:

baggins you ever done thai kickboxing? supposed to be even better than straight kickboxing...but not so likely to keep your teeth tho :D

No but would like to have a go , have watched quite a few matches , the big difference I think is the fact you can use knees and elbows in matches, where as although we train using knees and elbows , we are not allowed to use these in sparring  shame really , would be much more fun LOL

How can you lot hate football??? Love the game - true, some pro's are worse then women on the footy pitch, but there is nothing like a good game of football, between 10 and 11 every thursday night (2 hours left and counting :hyper: ), and the sunday morning football :D Thing I most look forward to every week.

Support the gooners - top of the table, ARSENAL FC

Atmosphere at the ground is good, but tickets are tooooooo bloody expensive nowadays, £35 for a half descent seat....and half the players now dive when touched, but nothing like it for a bit of excitement.

Nearly as bad as my place of work, not enough footy supporters....and anyway got more injuries from footy than I have from rugby :mac1:

my only sport is trying to hook my female naja annulifra( haje) out of her tank ( sorry latin is rusty ) but i will put her against any big/small guy bet she wins ??

best team is newcastle
