I urgently need a passenger front caliper for a late na, some idiot used alloy bleed nippels so when I went to bleed them it sheared off, we've spent ages trying to save the caliper but it's ruined, so if anyone has one (or a pair) I'd need them posted asap to Sussex, paypal waiting

Thanks ash.

You say late NA, then TT calipers will fit, it was only early NA with 26mm disc that was different :thumbup1:

I've got a pair from a 1990 TT so they should be what you're looking for.

Say £110 for the pair inc. shipping and you should get them by Tues.

Thanks, but just spent a second day trying to do what should have been a couple hour job, found more problems, think the master cylinder is dead, got some questionable brake lines, left it in work so need to decide what to do with it, maybe need to upgrade instead as I'm going to need to replace most of it anyway... Really wonder why I keep buying zeds...

Zeds have really got a reputation at your work now then haha

Personally I wouldn't bother upgrading them on a stock na which is (probably) never going to see the track and the stock brakes are satisfactory most of the time. I can give you my master cylinder depending on if someone has put atf or something stupid in it haha.

Haha, it's supposed to be going round brands Hatch next Saturday... Was booked as a present with intention of using the silver one, but that's got its own list of faults, so unless I can figure something out I may have to use the mondeo:glare:

It's a non abs 4 pipe cylinder (bm44) if you have one on your breaker I'll buy it from you at some point Ali, I can rebuild it as a spare regardless then.

All I got from that is gibberish but its an na 1990 with abs. Do you want me to check markings on it at some point?

And is the silver one still down? Is it just steering or something more than that?

Don't worry the abs ones don't fit. But thanks anyway.

Silver one has an oil leak from the sump, no power steering as I haven't had chance to swap the racks yet, one of the afr sensors isn't calibrated, rear brakes are metal to metal ( nearly) got some smoke that need further looking into, clutch isn't good, I could go on.. And won't pass the noise test for the event...
