Have used several couriers in the past, some with reasonable efficiency and some who are diabolical to say the least, so here is my experience of one i hadnt tried before.

 

 

I used a company the other day to collect a parcel for me and deliver to my home and have to say one of the most efficient i have used so far.

Parcelhero was the company, utilizing UPS as the shipper on this occasion, i got through to customer service straight away when i called about an issue in the tracking and not only did they call back, the driver re-delivered within a couple of hours of the initial attempt.

 

I dont know how they would fare with some larger car parts, but for a hand luggage size package, top notch.:thumbup:

Good feed back always travels slower than bad feed back ??
