You unscrew the plastic screws, and then undo two 10mm bolts at the bottom and take out that plastic part. then you can see 3 10mm bolts which once you undo will make the lock loose, you have to unhook the wire key release thing and then you can take it out. but you will have to also release the cable once you have it out.

Its fairly self explanatory when you get the plastic cover off, but i dont know how to adjust it, maybe just check the wire thing it connected properly?

Lucky I didn't take it out, just needed some WD40!

 

WD40 cures a lot of problems. Lock has seen very little use with owners using the internal opening leaver. :)
