I must make a personal statement regarding this forum and the people I have dealt with since joining/owning my Zed.

 

It is sad when we see a "statement2 by Jeff of Zedworld defending the work he is doing. It does seem that too many people are willing to jump on the bandwagon of even the slightest negative inflection upon any other individual.

 

This may be justified in certain cases but when aimed at folk as up front and honest as Jeff and Luke, is quite disgusting to me personally.

 

I have found the Zed community to be among the finest folk I have ever happened uppon and it does seem a shame that we disagree amongst ourselves. Not wishing to play the whole Lennon card here but perhaps we should take each individual case on its own merits and judge from there.

 

Regardless of all issues, we ae all owners of one of the most amazing cars on the planet......can`t we all just all get along adn satisfy ourselves with taking the p*ss out of all the other heathen unwashed?

No moderation just moving to the correct forum :D

 

I agree these are GREAT cars.

I agree my friend, but, most of the people that post on this forum or have been here for a while have at some point had a bad experience.

 

It is in the interest of this forum and to new members that these people are highlighted as at the end of the day they have taken money in payment for nothing less than sub standard work.

 

We complain about Nissan main dealers being incompetent with regards to work carried out on the Z32 but we tend to put our trust in certain companies and individuals from this forum claiming that they can do the same for less and better!

 

Now Nissan is a massive corporation and some of the people who receive work as a result of this forum are not. So when the sh1t hits the fan and they screw up they are as accountable as any other company IMO.

 

It may not look pretty and to be fair most people who own a car will never see the same reports that a car company would receive like Nissan so think yourselves lucky that you do.

 

I worked for a company years ago, Johnson Controls who supplied Ford and many other car companies with seats and trim. If you saw the letters/emails that were received by customers who weren't happy with various episodes with their brand new cars you would be shocked!

 

Also I worked for Kwik Save in IT at their head office, we used to take the piss and query the complaints database about some of the things that were found in the food. Trust me, you would never eat again if you knew what people had found in a can of baked beans etc.

there is over criticism though on here at times timmy , i dont want to argue , and i mean no disrespect to you at all m8 you have helped me in the past , i myself have had no problems in this forum prolly coz i jsut like to read than post and just watch etc :)

Yep, you're right mate, and I hold my hands up as I've been responsible for acting like more than a twat on numerous events on here.

 

But, I do feel that sometimes people have to face their convictions or actions and most on here get to judge that very quickly.

 

Yep not always the facts are presented but trust me, most of the time it's mainly concrete.
