just got off hone from Lee

 

he broke down on way to NEC, pulled onto hard shoulder or side of road.

 

went looking on foot for road or place name to give RAC

 

while gone, car was hit by a lorry, and is a write off, but he hasnt seen it yet

 

luckily had a witness as lorry drove off, witness found Lee down the road and they chased down the lorry and stopped him then called police

 

police dealing with him now and hopefully they will take him back to car 2 miles back up the road so he can see it

 

very lucky that he was not in the car and that he is alright.

Only just picked up this thread first time logged in , in months I remember seeing the car when i drove down to meet u and drop off and you took me round tp see the car in garage was still at its rolling stage all can say is lucky you were not still sitting in the car and I hope the lorry driver was properly insured so you can at least start again there may well be a slight silver lining as in been able buy car back for what is still usable plus getting full wack on what you due I will keep my fingers crossed for you hope it all works out the best way it can :)
