Click the User CP button at the top then select Edit Options. It's called an Avatar (Dunno why ????) and is down the bottom of the screen.

Sorry to be dim but I can see the 4 standard one's, but how about a custom one??

There is a 'change avatar' button. You then get a new screen which allows you to upload new pics from your computer - make sure they are appropriate size though ...

I think you've got to have made 250 posts to use a custom one, and then you get an option for "Custom Avatar"...

Don't forget, it can only be a maximum of 100x100 pixels.
