Looking at around about another £140 ish on top.

VAT at 20%, import duty at 6%.

General rule of thumb: If something costs $400 in the US, it will cost £400 delivered to your door in the UK. (Give or take usual margins of error).

Zed #2: 1998 Midnight Purple 2+2 NA. (owned 2020 - now)

Zed #1: 1995 Blue Slicktop NA (2013-2015)

Well UK customs will add all that up to £520, expect to pay at least £100 is my guess.

That's about what I have just spent from the USA but the seller kindly declared the value as $80, some duty/vat to pay yes but it wont hurt no where near as much :cool3:.

Sumo power has contacted HKS Europe and they say twin exit hi-power system for swb is not avalible any more there's none in stock in Europe or japan . But there is some old stock in the states . Ebay says concept z has some in stock the question is do I buy through ebay or ring them up ,what are they like to deal with .Has anyone every brought anything from them or any other ideas how to get this system over to the uk thanks . Taff

When I was pricing up all the Twinz Design and Kaminari parts, I emailed both Conceptz and Z1. Concept Z were in touch via email within 24 hrs to get the ball rolling on my queries regarding shipping and bulk discounts, I had to chase Z1 for the same information which took over a week and a half. Shipping from Concept Z was $550, shipping from Z1 was $1800!!:mad2:, I have to say that with the limited dealings I have had that ConceptZ seems to have excellent customer Service. Just my opinion.

Oh and ConceptZ offered me a 3% bulk order discount on everything except Genuine Nissan parts which there was only $100 worth.

That's interesting considering how much closer Z1 are...

That's what I was thinking myself, I've put a stop on Bodystyling at the moment as I'm concentrating on getting it running. All my money's gone on engine parts, trims and wheel refurb with a nice little surprise for the Z.

Speaking of surprises.. Did you see my exhaust ad?? Thought you might have an interest as I'm only down the road :innocent:

Just had a look but I think my stock exhaust is a better idea for now, attracts less unwanted attention ;)

I've had a couple of orders from ConceptZ, they're great to deal with and let me declare my own value which saved quite a few quid, however you're only insured to the declared value

Decided against this now they want between 250-300 dollars shipping plus £150 tax plus £450 is for exhaust it's coming in at around £800 . So I took my trust/greddy centre section to pipecraft in Basildon today and there going to replicate it.The back trust boxes are fine because there stainless . I've gone for mild steel not stainless at £250 which I think is good for handmade exhaust it was £100 extra in stainless .ill post pics when I get it back it's gona be 2 weeks .

That sounds good but for what extra it was I'd of been inclined to go for the stainless, match then the back boxes and still for less than you were initially thinking of paying :thumbup1:.

Yer I know was temped with stainless but the mild steel section has been on my car 10 years to my knowledge and has only just started to get bad over the past 2 years ,Prob only keep zed for few years anyway .
