Coilover rebuild?

For my 2nd car I have an import Honda SMX. Finding parts for it is incredibly hard (in the uk).

 

Ive found some coilovers on another smx which is being stripped for parts, the cars working etc but it does look a little worn out.

 

What I want to know is, if the coilovers are crap, can I get them rebuilt? (if so, anyone know where and a rough price)

 

If they cant be rebuilt, whats the usual lifespan of a coilover?

 

They are Tanabe Sucstec Pro Coilovers.

 

They are £200
