Anyone know what the volts or ohm the aac is supposed to be?

What is the ohm or volt on the yellow connector that goes to the aac valve?

Asking because datascan show 0 on aac.

thanks. helps a lot.

But the yellow connector, is that supposed to be 12v?

Ok, I found out that the aac has a resisent of 9.5 ohm. Used 12 volt on the aac and it made a 'thunk'

there was 11.7v from the yellow connector (11.99v on battery during test)

I am still not still not able to adjust the idle so the aac works as it should. The aac does not take over when I adjust the rpm to about 650-700 or lower and connect the yellow connector.

Anyone have a tip on what to do next?

Check your maf voltage, if you have a duff maf you will not be able to set idle or get it anywhere near

The safcII shows 0.48v on both mafs witch i belive is normal

At idle its about 1.30v -1.48v and judging by the write up below, you may have 2 duff mafs

The AFM is under the front nose panel between the headlights.

The manual volt test= ~0.8V with ignition on (some people get

0.08V on theTechtom) and ~1.5V at idle. Check for smooth

increase in voltage as revs are increased. A faulty AFM will

often prevent the engine from revving over 2500RPM

Also apart from idle are you getting any misfire? Is/was the engine running smoothly?

I had a similar issue a while back, i found a cracked solder joint on the board of the ecu for one of the injectors, which was the cause of my lumpy running and a dead maf ( it would rev past 2500k revs) but would not idle due to incorrect air input, i changed the maf to a known good one and it worked.

I was able to set the idle to where it needed to be and it ran so much better.

I like you tried adjusting the idle screw in and out with virtually no affect, especially to the percentage of air at idle i was aiming for ( 15%) until i changed the maf.

The value on the two maf was not with a running engine. When running at idle the value is about 1.47...

I might forgot to mention that I have replaced the complete oem idle air with one from z1 motorsport. Made no difference.

And both maf are ok.

I have nistune. Is there setting I can check for idle? (I don't know that much about nistune because someone else is going to tune the car for me)

It seems I have a reading on the aac when I checked with datascan. Is said 12. Tried to adjust the idle valve. The problem is that I could not get it lower the about 750. The idle screw was all the way in and engine still running. Engine temp was 70 c. (nismo thermostat)
