Ive currently got a widearch which needs work on the sills but dont know if they cut the kit off and do welding will it look the same - or how much rust theyll find under the kit and is it worth doing rather than getting a shell restoring it and putting a fresh kit on.

I'm not too sure, I know his needs work on the bootlid and where the widearch kit blends into the doorshut it has split a little. As far as I know the sills are good. I'm sure he will be along to chat soon, if not tomorrow. He never seems to be away long. ;)

I have a complete rot free shell, no dents or buckles. Sills and arches are in a brilliant condition. Sitting in a dry garage. Many other parts also available.

 

Location, Suffolk.

Cheers noz, ive got a widearch already and think the work would be similar to complete on each - was looking for a normal shell so i can do all the treatment and apply a new widearch to a fresh shell. Thanks though
