Fuel pressure regulator/gauge

I have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator/gauge that I have no use for. It appears to be an aluminium body, anodised in blue.

 

Pressure adjustment is presumably controlled by the Allen screw on the top. Doesn't look as if it's been used for very long, if at all!
