Mrs Mondo's doing the Race For Life

Hi everyone,

 

This is Mrs Mondo (she's on the left):

She's going to be doing the "Pretty Muddy" Race For Life on Saturday 24th May in Sunderland. Basically, 5k in a mudbath! To make matters worse, she'll be doing it... in a onesie, along with her little sister and some friends!

 

Now where we live, lots of people wear onesies outdoors - usually for going to Asda in. But she's wearing hers for a good cause and she's going to end up absolutely filthy raising money so, if anyone would like to make a donation, the team's JustGiving link can be found here. Pennies or pounds, it all makes a difference :)

 

So yeah, I'm going to have a filthy missus (in an entirely different way :lol: ) and hopefully she'll raise some pennies for Cancer Research. :)

    So they set off and I next saw them as they approached what can only be described as a massive paddling pool filled with mud and water! Every boy's dream, right?? :D

    I'm very proud of her. :) Thank you very much to all who donated to such a worthy cause and congrats again to Fran, Eve and Jenny for running the filthy obstacle course in the name of charity!
