Hey

My bro in law has got a Laguna and it has a constant vibration from the front, not wheel related, at any speed above 20ish. It often shakes it out of gear.

Local garage reckons the wheels are buckled, but he's tried changing from alloys to steels, and it's worse.:(

Any help would be appreciated,

Cheers

Pete

If it's really worse after changing to steel wheels then I'd suggest wheel bearings - if they're knackered then the increased weight of steel wheels could make the problem worse.

When you say 'not wheel related', what do you mean ?

Cheers mate, could be bearings i s'pose, I'll pass it on, but you'd think the garage would spot that?

It was fine one minute, then filling it with petrol knackered it! May have been the extra weight.

Sh1t cars anyway....:D :D He's got a free new Fiesta with working for them, so the Laguna is sat on the road.
