Doesn't any one or any company anymore stick to there word and do anything they say they will??

 

I have been in contact with so many company's over the month, you get one reply then fook all when it comes down to doing the job, these are proper well known company recommended by people and I have never had such piss poor customer service. I want a job doing and they say they can do it so fookin do it, just stupid!!!!!

 

So fook knows how they get any decent rep.

 

Then don't even get me started on joe public who I feel 80% of them are fookin useless and there word means jack!!!!!

 

No wonder why I have done 99% of the stuff on my car as you cannot rely on anyone anymore

 

 

Are decent people so rare these days :(

I know exactly what you mean most companies now days, especially car companies don't care unless your spending thousands of pounds with them only then can you really get any kind of customer service ect,

I am good at writing complaint letters to companies and getting results..... well........ eventually.......... sometimes........ well I don't give up, like a dog with a bone me........lol

I hate banks, satellite tv suppliers, phone companies, gas and electric companies, benefit agencies and worst of all debt collection agencies........lol

Yes. Plenty of people and companies do.......

Here are some examples..............

 

1. Sunday at Traxx. i bought a large toolbox on the trade stand of a Sealey distributor. Too big to lift back to my car on my own. The salesman had already said he would come with me to help.

Then the boss chipped in... " There is a sack truck in the van"

He fetched it and the salesmanwheeled it all the way to my car. Outstanding service.

 

2. I am helping my daughter re-do her bedroom at her house.

We bought a carpet from Carpet Right We were told it would be in the shop on Thursday. After lunch my daughter rang to check. Salesman explained that the lorry was due with them around 4.00pm and he would call back to confirm....4.45. Call back to tell her it was in. Due to be fitted on Monday. He said he would call in the morning to confirm a time.... which he did. and also advised that the fitter would ring an hour before he came to confirm he was on his way.... which he did. Arrived. Fitted. Hoovered up and asked her if everything was OK... which it was.

Later in the day the store manager rang to check if everything had been done to her satisfaction... which it was.

More top class service.

And my solicitor who has been helping me and my daughter sort out some financial/housing stuff due to a terminated relationship(hers) has done everything he said at the price he quoted in a prompt and efficient manner..

His final letter always ends with I trust everything is to your satifaction ... do not hesitate to contact me... etc.

And thats why I use him all the time for my housing portfolio etc.

 

For every poor firm there is alway another one who does perform in the way you would wish...

ALL my small self employed guys who have helped me with the three houses I have are the same. They work hard. dont charge a lot and do exactly what they say Plumber. Electrician. Roofer and general builder.

Same story at Ikea today. Help quickly offered on gettig a mattress on a trolley and taken to the delivery point for delivery tomorrow. I have been told the driver will ring before he is due to check there is somebody in. I bet he will too.

My Vectra is booked in for a service and MOT on Monday. I have used the same garage/MOT tester for over 10 years. I just know john will be ready for the car at 8.45 like he says and it WILL be MOTd and seviced . If there is a problem he will ring me like he has done in the past.

If you want customer service send a girl. My mrs needed a wing mirror, do her and her mate went to the scrap yard. Not only did they blokes there remove it off the car they fitted it and didn't even charge! If I had boobs I'd get free shit too.

luckier than me :lol:. I never ask for much from anyone. I can do all my own electrics carpets pluming and building as im qualified etc so lucky there as I never have to pay anyone anything and the same goes for my car. its just the one time you do need something it all goes tits up.
