Just a quickie.... ;)

Would a T10/501 bulb be suitable for a front repeater filament? Would there be enough illumination from this, and would the repeater flash at the standard rate?

Cheers,

I think everyone these days should get a fast flash relay, they are only a few pounds from the far east then you can do what you like, I know I have as I have just added another changeover sidelight/indicator one at the front corner !!!!

A T10 is only 5w as opposed to 21w so no would be my answer to the brightness issue.

I will get the fast flash relay, but looking on eBay, not really sure which to get. Can you post a link to one you would use? Also, do I need 1 or 2?

The one I bought well over 2 years ago just went straight in but on looking on ebay the pins don't always look in the same positions.

Take out your stock one which is black and near your brake pedal and try and match it with the ebay ones pics then buy just the one .

I couldn't possibly be more helpful than this !!!!

Here is a photo of mine, so fit this and you can then do what you like, remember though you lose any warning that a bulb is out .
