Avatars help

Can someone who knows how to make them do me an avatar for me ive tried myself but im sh1te with computers.

 

Any help most appreciated.

    If you want to mail me a pic then I'm happy to do it when I get home tonight. If it's a big pic, you'll need to let me know if you want it cropped to select just one bit or if you want it just reduced in size to fit.
