Does this plug colour look normal, rich or lean?

What boost and tuning are you running ?

It's from my pulsar, it's running 16psi and is running a Noz map from his pulsar

does it feel ok no Pink/det sounds ?

going by the chart ... Good ok but little hot

Can't really hear anything over the exhaust lol, nope feels very sluggish, always use shell nitro

turn your boost down a little will rich'en up a little on full load

Will try that but was told the map should be fine anywhere upto about 1.7 bar which I'm only running just under 1.2

well just to be safe .. run it little lower and get Noz to check it over ..

Turning the boost down won't richen up the AFRs, the Nissan ECUs don't work like that, plus the map that's on this car is good for 12.08@115mph 1/4 at 1.9 bar ;)

 

Without having the car for a road test at the very least, and preferably for some dyno time, it's impossible to say. Need to monitor AFR & knock, not really worth trying to guess from plug colouration.
