Nelson parts dept!

Mrs T went to Brookside(our local dealer) today to collect a cambelt and tensioner for her 200SUX and told the guy about my leccy window prob.

 

He printed her off a detailed diagram of the window and regulator mech and said that the bodyshop would be the best bet for repairing it.

 

Parts departments are good...but the service dept's???...W4NK!!!

 

Shame that Nelson can't replicate their excellent customer service in parts the same with Service!

 

Sad!

 

P.S. the parts I need are about a tenner and maybe an hour to sort!

    Andy me old garden gate, yep you did sort me window as you are the best when it comes to sorting un-sortable problems out! If it hadn't been for your time and effort I would no doubt have been stung big time trying to sort that window problem.

     

    I was just down the road last weekend on the way to the meet at Clarkey Sans and I pushed the auto button on the window and it got a few inches off being fully down and BANG!!!

     

    Lots of swearing and taking the lords name in vein followed with Mrs T getting out of the car at the top of the road etc.

     

    Got the car home and the pin that guides the window up the pillar on the door had gone west mate. Sheered and I ain't talkin' sheep either! LMFAO :D
