Is this the stock horn plug?

I have no idea how the stock horn is wired in and while refitting my horn from the photos it shows the feed coming from here and the earth straight to the chassis nearby. The reason im questioning it is there was a relay with several wires coming out of it zip-tied to the live which I believe are junk now but I need to be sure.

    Yes that is the horn live feed, there should be another one the other side in the same place, the feed comes from a relay in the black box on the inner wing passenger side, this also houses the 10 amp fuse for the horn feed, the relay coil is switched by the the neutral ( earth ) from the horn buttons on the steering wheel.
