pc help!!

im p155ed of with my pc ij just keeps packing up on me so im going 2 format the hard drive and start afresh but the thing is how do i save my outlook express addresses and dialers or is there anything else i should do first??

    here's the folder location of the outlook express folders if that's of any help:

     

    C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Identities\{9EAAB70E-347E-4095-A583-D851CC1B6EA9}\Microsoft\Outlook Express
