Hi ChapZ,

Some people have been getting the arse with regard to the SIZE of signatures, some have been complaining about the size etc. Boredeom etc.

So, I decided that from now on I would make life more interesting for those who get BORED so easily...

Enjoy, now I will try and change mine as much as possible to keep everyone happy!

BIG SMILES ALL!

Trouble is it's so freakin' large that the text (which is what we're all here for) disappears off my screen ....

Hmmm ... this is a dilemma.

If I am at home on my twinturbo celeron 566@850 with 512MB ram and a cablemodem I love your sig Tim, tho when I am pottering at my shop connected via normally aspirated 56k it buggers the whole job up!! smile.gif

Peace and Lotz of Boozt

Glen.

Oooppsss!!! Sorry chaps, I see the point, will sort it out next week when I get back to work and make them a tad smaller.

Will suspend for now!

If you look in PSP you can resize the Image to any size you want.

Then if you make it something reasonable you can get the dimensions from the images properties and add them to the width and height fields of the HTML tags you use to display it this way it can load all the text in before / while it is loading your sig - this way all those on Dinosaur connections wont get soo upset mate.

New Badass sig waiting till the beast returns.

IMHO, Signatures are 99.99% of the time USELESS, and just an excellent way to waste some bandwidth.

This is very true about people who do NOT realize that some of us are PAYING for their internet traffic, that some do not have 21+ inches monitors (on a laptop), and that we sometimes have to use a MODEM (and NOT a cable one).

Not to mention the fact that some have sign with INCORRECT names in it, or hosted on a bloody slow server, slowing down the reading process.

A picture is worth a thousand words....sometimes useful....sometimes useless.

But everyone can do what I do.....when I do not like a sig, find it inappropriate, or simply useless....then I'll simply ignore this guy future posts....and if he needs my help....that's too bad for him

Zee you

Henri

Oh Henri,

Mr grumpy wumpy!

Did you suffer a bad childhood to have so much pent-up pain and suffering within? LOL!

I agree though, which is why I've suspended my signature thingy's for now.

Hard trying to please everybody all of the time...

good god henri i think i started this but it was just a joke, now its turned into a bloody war, timmy make it an a3 just for the laugh hehe, i have decent bandwidth at work, but at home it takes long, i dont mind the wait as it looks cool, but it is to wide and long

Ohhh errrr Mrs! Telling me things I already know there WaZZer...LOL!

No but you're all right, at work it's not a problem for me either but at home it isn't a problem either. Get yourselves decent ISP's for f**ks sake! However, I only have a laptop at home aswell, and I did notice that I was having to scroll across to read posts! So, I've given my sig. the "Mini-me!" treatment thanks to Nico pointing me back at my HTML ref. guide!

So chill ladZ and imaginery lasses...sorted now! So no more moaning eh?

BIG SMILES ALL ROUND...
