Plus I thout it was next month

Lol well I've got flowers and chocolates followed by a trip to the hospital for our first baby scan and then out for dinner should be good

What you got planned or are you leaving it to the other half?

We are not doing cards this year, or flowers, total waste of money, going out for a nice meal though. I dont believe you need to show how much you care by the amount of money you throw about lol, its like xmas become too commercial and a money spinner for the shops.

Ive become a real rebel recently when it comes to spending unnecessarily on shite thats not required to live a happy stress free life:winkiss:

LOL - I'm with you Graham....!!

For reasons I posted in another thread:whistling: I don't celebrate Valentines day and Julia fully accepts that.... We will exchange cards, but will not partake of the over-hyped commercialism. Instead I will make a little more effort in what I cook for dinner (although we'll postpone that until Friday as Julia does not finish work until 8 tomorrow) - I plan to lightly saute some venison with a home made red wine jus; washed down with a bottle of Camel Valley Brut.....

Richard:smartass:

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

I'll take that burger king voucher......

Sod the burger king voucher, I want to go round Richards for dinner on Friday!!!!!

He thinks he's got venison but we all know what it is likely to be :whistling:.

We are exchanging cards, we did say no pressies as we've got 2 parties to attend within the next 2 weeks, one of which we need to hire a car for but this evening he asked me to get his book out of the bedroom and on the bed was a card and a huge teddy with his and hers champagne flutes and a mug ahhh!!

I've got him a surprise but he'll get that tomorrow night ;) lol

He is cooking us a romantic meal tomorrow night, steak with sweet potato and asparagus mmmmm

Ooooops I'm fooked, thanks for reminding me, but it's a bit late now....yep I'm fooked!

Improvise!!!!! Sticky notes dotted around the house saying sweet loving things, she'll be so stoked with that by the evening you will have had the whole day to sort something and if you dont then you deserve to be in the dog house lol

:death: 24 hour garage mate.

He's in lumber lets not beat about the bush here, the ladies have an uncanny knack of telling if flowers are bought from these locations :detective:.

Flowers are a waste of money in my opinion, i prefer actions rather than presents think it means alot more.
