Has anyone been in the back of one??? Need to know if they are roomy (and no not for anything untoward) we are thinking about hiring one as we've got a wedding to go to in leicestershire and my little bag o crap wont make it but got 3 kids to seat and need to know if they are going to be cramped up.

......but to answer your question, the Avensis is just as big as any other "normal" saloon car like a Mondeo/Passat/Insignia etc; so should not be a problem seating 3 children. I had one as a courtesy car a while back and it wasn't bad - didn't set the road on fire, but it got me around for a day.

I been in one, not in the back but there was tons of room behind my seat, I imagine all three of the kids would fit in the back with plenty if room to fight, argue and bicker lol, but great on distance run Nic!

Plenty of room. Big boot too, think they are all saloons, (have never seen a hatchback in current model, though they might have made them)

Could always stick one in the boot :whistling:
