While building my engine I'm going to send my heads to be checked for flatness and have them skimmed if need be, now will the engineering company beable to tell me the head thickness ie how much they've taken off and if any has been taken off before so I know what size hg to get, what's the size of a standard head that's never been skimmed

 

Also what thread size is the spark plug hole
