Looking good Mark,i sodding hate the smell of fibreglass matting, you must get through a fair bit.Must smell like a canoe factory in your garage.

yeah use quit a lot of it .. but tend to use the marine grade stuff doesn't smell strong and curing time is quick to by the time i finished think i would of used 8lt resin and about 4msq of fiberglass

fiber glassed on the outside once then got one layer on the front inside as of last night then its going to have another 2>3layers so be time its finished it will be 6>7ply fiber glass using marian grade resin and yeah the size/volume of the box is most important when doing them. box on left has 1.5sqft air volume box on right is 1.6sqft the 10" speaker that is going in them only needs Minimum of 0.9sqft space to work correctly the bigger the box the better really it will give a much deeper fuller sound with a better Low freq response

Hiya bud, are these for your own car or do you make these for customers??

I've got 2x 15" subs I would like to get in my zx but do know where to look!! I don't mind if they take up most of the boot as long as they look and sound good ;-) each box needs to be at least 1.9 cubic ft!

Just thought I'd ask on the off chance!

Cheers mate
