high audio noise problem - dials

I have a problem with audio noise. I have installed indiglo dials from http://www.moman.pl . I have a bit of dynamo noise, but the real problem is noise when I turn on the lights - that would be the indiglo dials that goes on. When the audio is on I get a high pitch noise that is constant. Anyone have any good ideas.....

 

- tried running phonocabels outside the car - did not help

- tried earthing the amp do a different place. Also directly from battery- did not help

- tried another amp - same problem

- tried remove the cd-player - when moving the player I sometimes got tid of the noise - earth together maybe?
