Bearings

Ok so I'm looking to order my big end and main bottom end bearings but abit confused.com as which to order,

Now on Z1 they say you need to specify which grade you need, and this will be stamped on each rod and the on the crankshaft,

But what happens as I want to order some ACL race bearings and they don't ask which grade you need just wether you want normal size or over sized bearings?

Also Z1 says the 2 middle main bearings have same part number but need to be placed in the correct place is it easily noticeable which one needs to go where or do they both look the same?
