Hi folks,

Julia and I have been watching the "Mrs Biggs" mini series, but forgot all about it this Wednesday.... Anyway, I have located the episode on the ITV-player so we can watch it from there.

However, do I have to watch it on the PC or is there some way I can download it onto a USB stick or DVD-R so that we can watch it on the TV instead?

Any good advice would be welcome!! Thanks...

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Easiest way is to plug the PC into the TV via HDMi or VGA. Failing that do you have a PS3 or Xbox 360?

Cheers Dean - I don't have a PS3 or Xbox, but plugging the PC into the TV is an option...... what do the cables/plugs look like?

Most modern TV's (in the last 6 years or so) have a VGA connector on the back of them, although my new TV doesnt. I used to run my old PC through my old TV using VGA (bear in mind though that some TV's only support certain resolutions)

If your PC has an HDMI port on it you should be able to watch it through your telly using an HDMI cable. I'd imagine the TV might have come with an HDMI cable when you first got it maybe?

Cheers guys.....

....I do have a VGA cable knocking around somewhere; I don't recognize the HDMI cable though but I guess I can buy one. My TV is only about 12-18 months old (which is ancient in technology terms, I know) so I'll investigate in the morning!!

Thanks for your help,

Ebay is your best bet for HDMI cables, don't be ripped off by the shop sales talk ;)
